This approach combines intuitive counselling with emotional awareness and reflective understanding.
Our past and external conditioning often shape the mind, learned beliefs, experiences, and expectations. It analyses, worries, replays, and tries to predict. It usually responds based on what it has been taught.
Intuition is different. It comes from within. It’s a quiet inner knowing, a gentle feeling that doesn’t argue or push. It doesn’t rush or try to convince you. It simply feels steady and true.
When we slow down and return to the present moment, the noise softens. We don’t have to force intuition to speak; we just create space for it to arise. Over time, that inner guidance can feel distant, not because it’s gone, but because it’s been layered over with old beliefs and habits.
Through intuitive counselling, we gently create the space to reconnect. As awareness deepens, intuition becomes clearer and easier to trust, bringing more balance, clarity, and a sense of living in alignment with yourself.
Akashic Records Readings
I also offer Akashic Records readings, a more reflective space of intuitive insight into emotional patterns, life direction, and lived experience.
