What Are the Akashic Records?
Updated: Sep 29
The Akashic Records are often described as an energetic library of the soul, a space that holds information, experiences, patterns, and insights connected to your soul’s journey.
Why Have an Akashic Records Reading?
People often seek an Akashic Record reading when they are searching for clarity, guidance, emotional healing, or a deeper understanding of themselves and their life experiences.
What Can Come Through in a Reading?
During a reading, the Records can bring awareness to emotional patterns, relationships, fears, recurring challenges, or past experiences that may be influencing your life. Sometimes something completely unexpected may come through — something that helps you see yourself or a situation from a different perspective.
The experience isn’t about predicting the future or being told what to do, but about gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and reconnecting with your own inner knowing.
What Happens During an Akashic Records Reading?
We begin by talking about anything you would like to explore or understand more deeply. You may have specific questions, or you may simply come with a feeling that there is something you want more clarity around.
I then connect intuitively with your Akashic Records and share whatever information or insights come through. There is space throughout the reading to ask questions, reflect and explore what comes up.
Every reading is different. Sometimes what comes through makes immediate sense, while other things may unfold or become clearer afterwards.
Many people describe Akashic Record readings as grounding, validating, and deeply insightful, especially during times of transition, uncertainty, or spiritual awakening.
What the Akashic Records Mean to Me
